This month, I will achieve a 4-minute plank hold! That feels a little crazy to say out loud as I've never done it before. But I know, I can do it! Last month, I made it a goal to hold a plank for 3 minutes, which was again something that I had never done before. When I completed it, the feeling of accomplishment was amazing.
It's important to note that everyone starts somewhere, so if you are reading this thinking there's no way you want to do a 4-minute plank hold...No worries! However, I would encourage you to set a fitness goal for yourself, maybe it's walking 30 minutes - 5 days a week, lifting a certain weight, or a 30-second plank hold. Any goal designed to push yourself past where you are currently at will give you a sense of accomplishment!
