Thank you for your support of Sculptness®. Please review the following return policy before placing your order.
I. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final on the Sculptness® Membership, Challenges, Programs, Class Packs, Sessions, and Digital PDFs.
Sculptness® Membership: To avoid being charged for the following billing cycle, please cancel your membership before your next billing date. If you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to your Sculptness® Membership until the end of your current billing cycle.

II. Physical Goods
Please note that all sales of physical goods are final. This includes apparel, fitness equipment, and accessories.
Before placing an order, we encourage you to carefully review the sizing chart and fit details provided for each product. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or materials before placing an order, we are happy to assist at info@sculptness.com
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@sculptness.com. In your email, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Claims submitted after this 3-day window will not be eligible for review, and the purchase will be considered a final sale.
General Terms
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to change of mind, fit, or personal preference.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition for any claim to be considered.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a return or exchange is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sculptness, LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Pre-Approval & Return Window
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved via email. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Items shipped after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Color & Material Variations
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or material may occur due to natural production differences, photography lighting, or individual screen display settings. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sculptness, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds & Processing
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any claim based on the information provided. If a refund or store credit is approved, it will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition. Please allow 5–10 days after receipt for processing.
