LEVEL UP YOUR GOALS WITH THESE 3 TIPS

 As we enter the second half of the year, it's vital to take the time to pause and reflect on the first half. Become an observer of your life, take note of what is working and what could be improved.

 In June, we focused on setting ourselves up for success with three simple foundational goals, including daily movement, reading for 10 minutes, and setting a timer to practice deep breathing for 90 seconds. Just because June is over, don't stop; keep up this daily practice!

 Now that we have successfully set a foundation- let's take our goals to the next level with my three tips for finding more time, discovering your passion, and getting clear on your vision.

WAKE-UP EARLY, NO SNOOZE JULY!

I know half of you love this idea, and the other half feel that your bed is calling your name and you would rather hit the snooze button. But I am going to challenge you to a No-Snooze July! It is go time! The morning hours are magical (that is, once you wake up and get moving, LOL). Just like working out, the hardest part is showing up. The rest is easy once you get some momentum on your side. I love how quiet the morning hours are. I have found that I am the most focused during that time and can accomplish quite a bit.

If mornings are difficult for you, I recommend a sunrise alarm! OMG, It has seriously been a game-changer! I don't know how I lived without it. I am not sponsored to say this, but I seriously tell everyone how much I love it. It has totally changed my mornings. I wake up even before it goes off and feel refreshed. No more loud, harsh, make you jump out of your skin beeping. Instead, the alarm's light gradually gets brighter and brighter, followed by the sound of the ocean! FIND YOUR PASSION AND NOTICE WHEN YOU ARE MOST PRODUCTIVE

You are too talented to be stuck doing anything other than what you love. The world needs your sparkle! Exploring, trying, and taking risks allows us to discover what we truly enjoy and are passionate about.

Remember, just because you can do something doesn't always mean, it's your passion. Don't waste time becoming an expert in something you don't enjoy! Otherwise, unfortunately, you will get more of what you're not keen on because you have developed expertise in the topic. This advice is great for watching where you place your attention.

From experience, I know that sometimes finding your passion can be a journey. So embrace where you are and if something interests you-try it, absorb as much as you can, and when the timing is right, everything will all fall into place. You are right where you are meant to be!

 Whether you have figured out your passion, or you are on the journey of trying new things to discover what that is, your next step is to figure out what time of the day you are most productive. For me, it's in the early morning, not 2:30 in the afternoon. If you can, you will want to try to utilize that time as much as possible to work on your passion and interests.  

I know it's not always possible to work within your most productive time, as it sometimes falls between that 9-5, but from experience, when you've found your passion, you will want to work it whenever you can, mornings, evenings, and weekends!

Life is too short for the should of, would of, and could of scenarios. Embrace your passion, and I can't wait to hear about all the amazing things you accomplish!

MAKE A VISION BOARD

Pick up a magazine, open up Pinterest, and start clipping any images that align with your goals and how you want your life. There is true magic that happens when we take our intangible thoughts and start finding pictures and words that represent our desires in our physical world. There isn't a right or wrong way to make a vision board. Personally, I like to make two boards, one for my business and the other for my personal life.

Your vision board can either be digital or physical. Either way, display it where you will see it daily! If you've made it digital, set it as your phone or computer's screensaver, or if it's physical, place it in your bedroom or on the refrigerator. Having the daily reminder and visually seeing your goals will help you reach them faster. 

I hope these tips for taking your goals to the next level gave you insight into finding more time, discovering your passion, and getting clarity on your vision.
